This is a live recording of a piece that Dr. Brian Horton and I created together while we were neighbors and colleagues in Greeley, Colorado.
Brian was a brilliant scholar who cared deeply about his students. He was a wonderful friend who loved with his whole heart. He even taught me how to drive. And he was a beautiful musician.
Brian, we celebrate you in the same way you celebrated the people in your life, “with an open heart always.”
